    Fidelma Massey has worked in bronze and ceramic for the over 30 years and is highly skilled in her craft.

     

    All my work talks about the natural world, and our relationship to it.

     

    Born in Dublin, Ireland.

    Lives and works in Lancashire, UK, and Dublin, Ireland.

    Dunlaoire School of Art, Dublin. BA (Hons) Sculpture

    ‘The Hare Queen’, a 3.75m bronze and stone sculpture that depicts a ‘madonna for the hares’.

    Made under the Per Cent for Art Scheme for Athy College, Co Kildare, Ireland.
