There was a time in Corey Taylor’s life that he was homeless growing up. This song has a few different interpretations of its meaning, one of them being that it’s talking about those who got left on Earth during the rapture.

The music video shows a kid that has little to nothing in his life.

I think the song is talking about when Corey Taylor was homeless and the video is a representation of this.

The music video goes back and forth from the band playing and rocking out in usual Slipknot fashion, and a kid that is maybe fourteen or fifteen years old and works in a butcher shop after school.

At the start of the video we hear the intro of the song and see a kid getting off of a school bus and going straight to work in a butcher shop. From the looks of it, the kid is a metal music fan. This is noticeable by his black t-shirt, oversized cut off shirt, and beanie.

He puts on his apron and starts cutting up meat to package and sell. At the end of the day, he goes home to an old, run down
